Meetings, discussions, receptions and small gatherings.
Capacity:
- Lecture setup: up to 54 guests
- Tables/seated events: up to 48 guests
Rental Information:
- Rental fees include tables and chairs.
- Use of the catering kitchen is not included and requires an additional fee.
- Additional fees apply for linens, podiums, stage pieces and audio/visual equipment.
- When estimating rental hours, include both setup and teardown time.
Optional Add-Ons:
- Bridgwaters Lounge Catering Kitchen — $100
Requires rental of Bridgwaters Lounge. The kitchen may be used for staging, refrigerating and warming food. Cooking and extensive meal preparation are not permitted. The kitchen must be left clean and in the condition in which it was found. - Audio/Visual Tech Fee — $150
Includes use of available audio/visual equipment, such as microphones, large projectors and sound equipment. - Additional Equipment and Services
- Standard black table linens: $15 each
- Floor-length table linens: $30 each

- Stage pieces (Grand Hall only): $60 each (limit 4)
- Dance floor (Grand Hall only): $150
