Reservation Information
Outdoor space requests should be submitted through the appropriate IU space reservation process. See below.
IU Space reservation process
- Visit the Plan an Event page for more information. Please note that you must request Bridgwaters Lounge first in order to secure the courtyard.
- Scroll down to 'How to Reserve Space on campus' and click on Space Reservation Request Form. Please use Chrome or Firefox browser. Be sure to answer all the questions.
- The event contact name should be listed on the membership roster on beINvolved for the request to be processed. Please list your iu.edu email address on the request form.
- To request an Outdoor Space, select "BL SILC Outdoor Locations" in the Saved Searches dropdown. You will need to scroll down the Saved Searches list to select the Neal-Marshall Courtyard.
- Once you have completed the form, scroll to bottom, and hit Save. If no errors occur, you will receive an email stating it has successfully been submitted.
